Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan’s features until then, with no partial refund for unused days. Try Invoism on Basic (free, no time limit) before you pay; there is no separate timed trial.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Monthly → yearly takes effect immediately. You’re charged the yearly price minus credit for unused days in your current monthly period; your next renewal is one year from that switch. Yearly → monthly can be chosen when your current year renews — you keep yearly access until then, with no partial refund for unused months. After renewal, you pay monthly.
What if I’m on yearly and want a higher plan now, but monthly billing?
Upgrade to the higher plan on yearly billing now (prorated for the rest of your year). When this year renews, you can switch that plan (or another) to monthly.
What if I schedule a downgrade and then upgrade again?
The scheduled downgrade is cancelled. You stay on your current plan, or move to the upgraded plan right away (with proration if applicable).
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. No questions asked. That guarantee applies to cancellations under the money-back terms — not to mid-cycle plan or billing-cycle changes. You keep access until the period ends; then the lower plan and/or monthly billing starts.
Are there any hidden charges?
Your plan price is fixed. Invoice payments are currently collected outside Invoism and then recorded in the Payments section.
Can I use the free plan forever?
Yes! Our free plan is completely free with no time limit. Perfect for trying out the platform.
Is billing charged per organization?
Yes. Billing is tied to each organization subscription. If you run multiple organizations on paid plans, each organization has its own subscription and invoice.
Are plan limits shared across organizations?
No. Limits like customers, products, invoices, and users apply per organization. They are not pooled across multiple organizations.
Do invoice and quotation limits reset on annual plans?
Yes. Invoice and quotation create limits reset every month, even if you pay yearly. Annual billing covers the subscription term; the monthly create quota still renews each billing month. Customer, user, and product limits are capacity limits and do not reset monthly.
